As a certified Personal Trainer, my passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. Every body is unique, with their own strengths and potential. My method is to build a custom plan tailored to your health, schedule, and fitness goals. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.

I helped one client lose over 100 lbs due to health concerns and another client drop 6 dress sizes for her wedding.

Whether it's a couch to 5k or the Alcatraz triathlon, I will help you achieve your goals through customized strength and conditioning programs, both in and out of the gym.

I trained and prepped a client in a powerlifting competition, in which she took first place and another client train and win in his first half marathon.
POST REHAB
Recovery & Prevention

If you’re looking for a safe transition back to your beloved activity, I can help you. I am certified through Balanced Body and Alexander Technique and will help you safely rebuild and restrengthen your body through a customized recovery and prevention training program.
​
I helped one runner recover from his strained Achilles tendon and helped a number of wheelchair-bound clients regain independent mobility.
